We accept plans who are part of the Careington network and United Healthcare (Medicare and PPO), MetLife, Cigna DVH, Aetna (Medicare and PPO), Humana (Medicare and PPO), Delta Dental Benefits can be used in our office (as well as others), but we will gladly submit claims to your out-of-network provider on your behalf as a courtesy.
